๐ŸŒ Turning Entrepreneurial Learning Into Real-World Action This Summer ๐Ÿš€

As part of our continued efforts to spotlight meaningful opportunities for young entrepreneurs across the global JA network, we are excited to share an external initiative designed to help high school students transform entrepreneurial ideas into real revenue-generating ventures.

High School Hustle is launching its 2026 Summer Competition, awarding $150,000 to high school students who launch and grow real hustles between June 1 and August 1, 2026.

The initiative encourages students to move beyond theory and apply entrepreneurial skills in real-world environments: building businesses, testing ideas, generating sales, and learning through action.

โœจ Summer Competition Highlights:

๐Ÿ’ธ $100K Crawford Coats Hustle Award: $5,000 each awarded to the top 20 student earners
๐Ÿ’ธ $50K Beat the Summer Job Challenge: $500 each awarded to the first 100 students to surpass $2,500 in sales
๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Winners announced live during an end-of-summer award ceremony

According to the organization, students participating in 2025 collectively launched more than 600 businesses and generated over $908,000 in student revenue across 52+ schools.

The initiative aligns closely with the entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, and experiential learning opportunities championed throughout the JA network โ€” offering students another pathway to apply their entrepreneurial education beyond traditional settings.
