Hey INJAZ MENA Alumni! Are you ready to lead the change and be the voice of INJAZ Alumni in your country?
Apply for the first ever Alumni Leaders Academy MENA, a JA Alumni Leadership Training hosted by JA Worldwide and INJAZ Al-Arab, aimed at developing and growing INJAZ alumni networks in the region. Selected leaders will benefit from:
- Alumni Leaders Waivers: Full coverage to attend the very first Alumni Leaders Academy MENA Bootcamp 2025, taking place in one of the MENA countries.
- Global Leadership Training: Connect and learn with Alumni leaders worldwide in an online global leadership program.
- Capacity-Building Opportunities: Access additional training, speaking engagements, and growth opportunities.
Additionally, the participants will serve as presidents in a voluntary capacity of their INJAZ alumni location for 2025. This will be a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build your professional experience and your CV, unleash your creative ambitious alumni plans, and access trainings, speaking engagements, and additional opportunities.

We’ve designed the Alumni Leaders Academy to provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to become influential leaders in their alumni networks. At the end of the academy, each participant commits to becoming the leader of their alumni network for the next year and walks away with a strategy for their country.

Are you..
- From an INJAZ MENA country?
- Actively involved with INJAZ alumni community?
- A graduate from INJAZ program(s)?
- A strong leader with the ability to commit to the voluntary president role from February 2025 to February 2026?
- A great communicator and community builder?
- Able to volunteer 15 hours per month to build, grow, and expand the INJAZ alumni network?
- Excited to join monthly INJAZ MENA & JA Worldwide alumni leader meetings and give updates on alumni activities?
- An active communicator who can report on your INJAZ location?
- Able to communicate in English?
- 18+ years old?
>> COMMITMENT <<
In addition to participating in the virtual training, you will serve as president in a voluntary capacity of your JA alumni location from February 2025 to December 2025. This role requires you to dedicate at least 15 hours per month to building, growing, and expanding your INJAZ alumni network.
You must also attend monthly INJAZ & JA Worldwide leaders’ meetings and provide updates on JA alumni activities. Additionally, you will need to attend regular meetings from the INJAZ MENA Alumni network. This role requires your dedication, passion, and desire to positively impact the INJAZ alumni community.
