Call for Applications: Join the Future Talent Council Emerging Leader Ecosystem 🌍

Published on March 12, 2026

JA Worldwide is excited to partner with the Future Talent Council to amplify young voices in the global conversation about the future of work.

Through the Future Talent Council Emerging Leader Ecosystem, university students from around the world will contribute their perspectives on how careers, skills, and early talent pathways are evolving in an era shaped by AI, shifting job expectations, and new workforce models.

As organizations, universities, and governments rethink how careers begin, student voices are more important than ever.

What is the Emerging Leader Ecosystem?

The program connects current university students to global research and workforce discussions that influence how employers, educators, and policymakers think about early-career pathways.

Insights gathered through the initiative will contribute to a research effort that will be presented at the Future Talent Council’s Stockholm Annual Summit on June 16–17.
